smartALERT is an innovative and thoroughly reliable gas warning device. With a highly sensitive IR sensor, smartALERT reacts to the lowest concentrations of gas and produces an alarm long before danger develops. IR measuring technology effectively eliminates irritating false alarms.The gas alarm is divided into a pre- and main alarm and can be supplemented by
additional alarms The different alarm states are eventorientated and supported by clear speech announcements. In case of emergencies, users receive important information on preventing potential danger. Simple assembly and an optional power plug means smartALERT can be installed and operational within minutes. An integrated anti-tamper monitoring system protects the device from wilful interference.
During the development of smartALERT particular attention was paid to the recommendations of DVGW-Arbeitsblatt
G110 (German Gas and Water Association Worksheet G110), and on this basis, smartALERT has been independently
checked and passed as CE and DIN EN 50194-conform for use in domestic homes.
